Richard (Ricky) Fisch has more than 25 years of experience as a senior partner at nationally-recognized law firms advising community financial institutions and other public and private business entities in the areas of executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, proxy contests, capital raising, bank regulatory, and other corporate and securities law matters.

His experience includes acquisitions and mergers, executive compensation and employee benefits matters, tax-qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation and retirement plans (including ESOPs, SERPs, and executive life insurance arrangements), equity incentive plans, executive employment agreements and change in control agreements, IRC 280G and 409A matters, management and board succession, corporate governance, shareholder relations, proxy contests, financial institution charter conversion transactions, mutual-to-stock conversions, mutual holding company formations, mutual-mutual mergers, branch sales and purchases, and other regulatory, corporate, and securities law matters.

In his early career, he worked in human resources management at Communications Satellite Corporation (COMSAT), Washington, DC, Satellite Television Corp. and INTELSAT.

Mr. Fisch received his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, an MBA in Finance from Cornell University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Cornell University.   He is a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland.
