A former professional staff member for the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, Mr. Graham will help space and aviation clients accomplish their goals by navigating the complex federal landscape of policy, regulation, and law.

On Capitol Hill, Mr. Graham’s experience includes advising the Senate Commerce Committee members on civil and commercial space policy, regulation, and oversight of federal agencies including NASA, the Office of Space Commerce, and the Office of Commercial Space Transportation at the Federal Aviation Administration. Mr. Graham handled numerous space-related legislative initiatives, including the bipartisan Senate NASA Authorization Acts of 2019, 2020, and 2022, which Congress recently passed as part of the CHIPS and Science Act. Prior to his role with the Senate Commerce Committee, Mr. Graham served as Counsel to Senator David Perdue, specializing in Senate procedure and aviation policy.
Mr. Graham holds a degree in Economics from Georgia College and a Juris Doctor from Mercer Law School. Mr. Graham is also a licensed private pilot.
